Jacqueline Hockenberry, P.G.

Jackie is a professional geologist licensed in Pennsylvania & Wyoming. By virtue of her name, she is the owner of the firm. Integral to all of the company’s projects, Jackie participates both in field and office, coordinating with clients and working to promote the business.

Jackie believes that groundwater is perhaps one of the most interesting facets of science to study. One of her favorite quotations that sums up groundwater investigations comes from J.K. Rowling’s Half Blood Prince. In the story, Dumbledore states: “We shall be leaving the firm foundation of fact and journeying together through the murky marshes of memory into the thickets of wildest guesswork”. Groundwater, with all the sophistication of modern technology, can quickly humble any expert!

When not murking through marshes, Jackie likes to spend time with her daughter and husband. She enjoys reading humorous books, is an all time fan of M*A*S*H, Project Runway, The Pittsburgh Ballet & The Pittsburgh Penguins! (Gotta Love Those Penguins!!)
